INFIN TRADER is not registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) as an investment adviser, research analyst or portfolio manager, and does not provide personalised investment advice, tips, calls or recommendations. Nothing here should be read as a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security or derivative.

2. The software is a tool

The Nifty Options Buying Algo Software is a strategy made available on the Tradetron platform for you to deploy in your own account, in paper trading or live, with settings you choose. Deploying it live is your independent decision. We do not manage your money, do not access your broker account and do not take responsibility for your trading decisions or their results.

3. No guarantee of results

We make no representation that any strategy, class or idea will be profitable or will not result in losses. Any example, illustration or chart on this website is for explanation only and is not a record of actual results or a forecast.

4. Promotional material

Our videos, posts and promotional creatives are for awareness. The specifics of each service — what it includes, what it costs and on what terms — are as described on this website and in our Terms and Conditions, which prevail over any promotional wording.

5. Third-party platforms and links

Tradetron, your broker, Google Play, YouTube and WhatsApp are independent services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability, charges or conduct. A link is not an endorsement.

6. Educational content and the YouTube channel

Our classes and the @infintrader YouTube channel teach concepts, in Tamil and English. They do not take your financial situation, objectives or risk tolerance into account. Consult a SEBI-registered adviser before acting on anything you learn.

We publish no testimonials at present. Any experience shared in future would be an individual's own and not a promise of similar results.
