1. What we collect

• Details you give us: your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email address, the service you are interested in, your trading experience and anything you write in the enquiry form or on WhatsApp.
• For the Algo Software: the email ID of your Tradetron account, so that we can grant it access to the strategy.
• Payment references: the UPI transaction details or screenshot you send us to confirm a payment. We never receive your UPI PIN, bank password or card details.
• Technical data: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs. This website sets no advertising cookies and, at present, runs no third-party analytics tag.

2. How we use it

• To answer your enquiry and provide the service you asked for — granting strategy access, sharing class access, scheduling doubt sessions.
• To confirm payments and keep records we are required to keep.
• To send you service messages about your subscription or enrolment. We do not send marketing you have not asked for.
• We do not sell or rent your personal information.

3. Who we share it with

• Tradetron: the email ID of your Tradetron account, which is how access to the strategy is granted. Tradetron and your broker handle your data under their own policies.
• Service providers that run our website, email and messaging — only what they need to deliver the service.
• Authorities, where the law requires it.

4. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and customer details for as long as needed to provide the service and for the period Indian law requires for payment and business records, then delete or anonymise them.

5. Security

The website is served over HTTPS, enquiries reach us through a secured relay rather than a public mailbox address in the page, and access to customer details is limited to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please do not send us passwords, PINs or full bank details.

6. Your choices and rights

• You may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it.
• You may stop receiving service messages by telling us, though we may still need to contact you about an active subscription.

7. Cookies and links

This website uses no advertising cookies. Embedded YouTube players are loaded from YouTube's privacy-enhanced domain and are governed by Google's policies once you play a video. Links to Tradetron, Google Play, YouTube and WhatsApp take you to those services, whose privacy practices are their own.

8. Children

Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

9. Changes and contact

We may update this policy; the current version is always on this page with its date.
