Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy covers payments made to INFIN TRADER for the Nifty Options Buying Algo Software subscription (₹1,000 / month) and the Options Buying Master Class (₹25,000). Both are digital services, so refunds follow the rules below.

1. Algo Software subscription

  • The subscription is monthly and renewed by you. There is no automatic charge: if you do not pay for the next month, access simply ends at the end of the paid month.
  • Once we have granted your Tradetron account access to the strategy, the fee for that month is non-refundable, whether or not you deploy the strategy.
  • If we are unable to grant access within 3 working days of confirming your payment for a reason on our side, we will refund the full amount.
  • You may stop at any time by not renewing. We do not refund the unused part of a month.

2. Options Buying Master Class

  • If you change your mind before we have shared access to the recorded classes, write to us within 7 days of payment and we will refund the fee in full.
  • Once access to the recorded classes has been shared, the fee is non-refundable, because the content has been delivered.
  • Doubt-clearing sessions are scheduled by appointment and can be rescheduled; a missed appointment is not refunded.

3. Duplicate or mistaken payments

If you paid twice, paid the wrong amount or paid for the wrong service, tell us on WhatsApp with the transaction reference. After we verify it, we refund the excess to the UPI account it came from, normally within 7–10 working days.

4. What we cannot refund

  • Charges paid to Tradetron (its plans) or to your broker (brokerage, exchange charges, taxes). These are not collected by us.
  • Trading losses of any kind, in paper or live trading. The software and classes carry no guarantee of returns.
  • Fees for access that was suspended for sharing, misuse or a breach of our terms.

5. How to ask

Message us on WhatsApp at +91 96533 44974 or email traderinfin@gmail.com with your name, the date and amount of the payment and the UPI transaction reference. We confirm the outcome in writing.

6. Changes

We may update this policy; the version on this page, with its date, applies to payments made after that date.
