1. Market risk

Prices of securities and derivatives move with the market, news, liquidity and events nobody controls. You can lose part or all of the money you trade with. Only trade with money you can afford to lose, and never with borrowed money or money set aside for essentials.

2. Options buying in particular

  • An options buyer pays a premium that can fall to zero. Losing the entire premium on a trade is a normal outcome, not an exception.
  • Option prices decay with time and react to changes in volatility, so a trade can lose money even if the index moves the way you expected.
  • Weekly and intraday options move fast. Gaps, sudden volatility and illiquid strikes can make exits costly.
  • A string of small losses is part of how options buying strategies behave; a strategy needs capital and discipline to survive it.

3. Algorithmic and automated trading risks

  • Technology fails: internet connections, servers, the platform, the broker's systems or the exchange can slow down or stop. Orders may not be placed, may be placed late, or may not be squared off.
  • Settings matter: a wrong multiplier, capital figure or broker setting can produce trades you did not intend. You are responsible for the settings of your deployment.
  • Slippage and costs: live fills, brokerage, exchange charges and taxes make live results worse than paper results.
  • Past behaviour is not a forecast: how a strategy performed before — in backtests, paper trading or live — does not assure how it will perform in future. Market conditions change.
  • Monitoring: an automated strategy still needs you to watch it. Do not leave a live deployment unattended for long periods.

4. Paper trading is not live trading

Paper trading simulates orders without money. It shows you the strategy's logic, but it does not reproduce slippage, partial fills, rejected orders or the emotions of real losses. Treat paper results as a demonstration, not as a prediction.

5. No guaranteed returns, no advice

  • INFIN TRADER makes no claim of profit, accuracy or returns. Anyone who guarantees returns from trading should not be trusted.
  • The software is a tool you choose to deploy in your own account; the classes and videos are education. Neither is a recommendation to buy or sell anything, and neither takes your personal financial situation into account.
  • For advice about your own situation, consult a SEBI-registered investment adviser.

6. Third parties and regulation

  • Tradetron and your broker operate under their own terms and are regulated separately. Their availability, charges and rules can change.
  • SEBI's framework for retail participation in algorithmic trading places duties on brokers and exchanges, and your broker may ask you to register or tag algorithmic orders above certain thresholds. Follow your broker's process.
  • Tax applies to trading gains and losses; please take your own tax advice.

7. Your acknowledgement

By subscribing, enrolling or deploying the strategy, you confirm that you have read this disclosure, that you understand the risks, that you alone decide whether and how to trade, and that you accept responsibility for the outcome.
