1. Who we are

INFIN TRADER is an MSME-registered trading technology and stock market education company based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. You can reach us at traderinfin@gmail.com or +91 96533 44974.

2. What the services are — and are not

The Algo Software is a Nifty options buying strategy developed on the Tradetron platform. On subscription we grant your own Tradetron account access to the strategy; you decide whether, when and with how much capital to deploy it, in paper trading or live, through a broker you connect yourself.

The Master Class is an educational programme of recorded videos and doubt-clearing sessions by appointment.

Neither service is investment advice, a recommendation, portfolio management or a managed account. We do not hold, receive or manage your funds, we do not log in to your broker or Tradetron account, and we do not place trades for you. Any decision to trade, and its results, are yours alone.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract under Indian law.
• For the Algo Software you need your own Tradetron account and, for live trading, a trading account with a broker Tradetron supports. Their terms, eligibility rules and charges apply to you directly.
• You are responsible for complying with the rules your broker, the exchanges and SEBI apply to you, including any registration or disclosure your broker requires for algorithmic orders.

4. Subscriptions, fees and access

• The Algo Software is a monthly subscription. Access is granted after we confirm your payment and continues for the paid month; it ends unless you pay for the next month. The Master Class fee is paid once.
• Prices are shown on this website in Indian rupees and may change; a change applies to future periods, never to a month you have already paid for.
• Payments are made by UPI to the UPI ID shown on this website only. We do not collect card details and never ask for your UPI PIN.
• Access is personal to you and the Tradetron account or email you register. You may not share, resell, sublicense or transfer it.
• Tradetron's own plan charges, brokerage, exchange charges and taxes are separate and payable to Tradetron and your broker.

5. Third-party platforms

Tradetron and your broker are independent businesses with their own terms, charges, availability and support. We are not responsible for their outages, delays, order rejections, slippage, data errors, account restrictions or changes to their service, or for any loss that results from them.

6. Your responsibilities

• Choose your deployment settings — paper or live, broker, capital, multiplier — yourself, and monitor any live deployment.
• Keep your Tradetron, broker, email and WhatsApp accounts secure. Anything done through them is treated as done by you.
• Use the services lawfully and only for your own trading or learning.
• Give us accurate details when you subscribe, enrol or write to us.

7. Intellectual property

The strategy logic, the recorded classes, the materials and this website's content belong to us. You may use them for your own trading and learning only. You may not copy, record, download for redistribution, publish, sell, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from them, or share your access with anyone else. We may suspend access that is shared or misused, without refund.

8. No guarantee; limitation of liability

We do not guarantee profits, returns, accuracy, uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose. Trading in securities and derivatives involves substantial risk, and you may lose the money you trade with.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading loss, lost profit, or indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the services, this website, or any third-party platform. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us for the service concerned in the three months before the claim arose.

9. Changes, suspension and termination

• We may improve, change or withdraw a service or part of it. If a change materially reduces what you have paid for, we will tell you and refund the unused part of that period.
• We may suspend or end your access for breach of these terms, misuse or non-payment.
• We may update these terms; the current version is always on this page with its date. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any consumer-protection rights that cannot be excluded.
